To rent or operate a 3 Elevent Car vehicle, you must:

• Maintain active insurance coverage that includes rental and gig-driving use (rideshare or delivery).

• Pass all required verification checks (driver’s license, identity, and insurance).

• Agree to comply with all local, state, and federal traffic laws.

Any attempt to falsify documents or provide incomplete information may result in immediate cancellation of your rental.

2️⃣ Rental Period & Usage

• Rentals are charged on a daily or weekly basis, as indicated during your booking.

• Vehicles must be returned on time to avoid late return penalties.

• The renter is responsible for any delays, damages, or violations that occur during the rental period.

• The vehicle may only be used by the approved renter listed in the contract. Subletting or unauthorized drivers are strictly prohibited.

• Vehicles are intended for gig-driving (Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Instacart, Amazon Flex) or personal use only — not for illegal or off-road activity.

Failure to follow these usage guidelines may result in suspension of future rentals or legal action if necessary.

3️⃣ Maintenance & Condition of Vehicle

• 3 Elevent Car LLC ensures every car is properly maintained, serviced, and cleaned prior to pickup.

• Renters are required to inspect the vehicle upon receiving it and immediately report any visible issues or damage.

• During the rental period, renters must:

  • Keep the car in clean condition.

  • Refill fuel to the original level before returning.

  • Avoid smoking, eating, or transporting hazardous materials.

• In case of an accident or malfunction, notify 3 Elevent Car immediately for guidance.

Neglecting to report problems or damages promptly may lead to additional charges.

4️⃣ Fees, Charges & Penalties

To maintain fair use and protect vehicle condition, the following charges may apply:

• Late Return Fee: $XX per day after the scheduled return time (grace period may apply).

• Smoking or Excessive Cleaning Fee: $XX per incident.

• Damage Fee: Actual cost of repair if not covered by your insurance.

The renter assumes full responsibility for the vehicle and any passengers while it is under their control.
If a renter violates local laws, drives under the influence, or operates recklessly, the company reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately and notify authorities if necessary.

6️⃣ Termination of Agreement

3 Elevent Car reserves the right to suspend or terminate any rental agreement if:

• The renter provides false or misleading information.

• The vehicle is misused or operated illegally.

• Payment or verification requirements are not met.
  Termination may occur without refund depending on the severity of the violation.
